The Solstice Low-Residency MFA in Creative Writing Fellowship Program for Writers

College Scholarship Applications Fellowship recipients will receive $ 1,000 toward their first semester. Thanks to the generous support of our donors, Solstice MFA in Creative Writing offers four scholarships for students to start a residency program during the winter / spring semester: Michael Steinberg Fellowship for Creative Nonfiction, the Dennis Lehane Fellowship for Fiction, which Jacqueline Woodson Fellowship for Writers Young People of African or Caribbean Descent, and Sharon Olds Fellowship for poetry.

The MRC Career Development Award College Scholarship Applications

The College Scholarship Applications scheme also provides a jointly funded postdoctoral award in partnership with the Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Eligibility Details:

College Scholarship Applications Applicants must have a PhD or DPhil and have at least three to six years' post-doctoral experience at the time of the application deadline, although applications with more than six years post-doctoral experience will also be considered in exceptional circumstances. The application of existing research fellow MRC and post-doctoral researchers returning from abroad are very welcome. Applicants who hold an MSc research oriented and has done graduate work right at least four years of research - such as in medical statistics - may be considered.

As with all MRC scholarship, this award is not available to the people who hold tenured academic positions at the time of application. If you hold a tenured position, you can ask for funding under one of the MRC's grant schemes.

College Scholarship Applications welcome from scholars of all nationalities who are currently conducting a doctoral degree in business, economics and public policy. Applicants may be enrolled in the doctoral program in Competitiveness and Development Economics, University of Deusto (more information: www.deusto.es), or in other doctoral programs of the Basque, Spanish or international university that allows them to be integrated into the research team from the Institute of Basque Competitiveness (Orchestra) for a period of 1-3 years. The Berlin Summer School of Social Science International Program College Scholarship Applications

College Scholarship Applications Summer school is designed for PhD candidates who have started planning their doctoral project in detail or are working on them. All applicants must be enrolled in PhD studies and must pursue a doctoral dissertation which takes the theme of the Berlin Summer School into consideration. For 5-year doctoral program applicants, usually we would recommend not apply earlier than 2 years of study.
We will select thirty international participants based on academic achievement and motivation, as reflected in the statement of CV and motivation.
