College Scholarship Applications welcome from scholars of all nationalities who are currently conducting a doctoral degree in business, economics and public policy. Applicants may be enrolled in the doctoral program in Competitiveness and Development Economics, University of Deusto (more information: www.deusto.es), or in other doctoral programs of the Basque, Spanish or international university that allows them to be integrated into the research team from the Institute of Basque Competitiveness (Orchestra) for a period of 1-3 years. College Scholarship Applications Students who are selected will join one of the Department of the Orchestra in San Sebastian or Bilbao (Spain), where they will develop their research in accordance with the research and projects department.

Grant conditions:
€ 12,000 award for each year doctoral scholarship from year to year to three years.
Payment of registration fee.
